Several Detroit Schools send out calls and text messages alerting families that schools are closed as an effort to keep students safe.
Bottled waters were immediately given to students yesterday as announcements warned students not to drink the water.
News articles gave updates on which neighborhoods should and should not be concerned.
Detroit families are concerned and everyone is boiling water and playing it safe. Water is a hot commodity right now and even those outside of the warning zones are taking precaution. Wondering just how long the water pressure was low before they found out?
Fear of this being another potential Flint Issue is on our minds. Most importantly, how long will this take place and was water pressure the real issue?
